Universal Microphone for all music/karaoke Xbox 360 games?
Another question about the Xbox 360. I just got an Xbox 360 recently so I’m still learning about all the games and accessories. My question is this about all the Music/Karaoke games on the Xbox 360.
There are a lot of music/karaoke games (Lips; Karaoke Revolution; American Idol Encore; Disney Sing It; Rock band, Guitar Hero) and they all come with their own microphones.
I do know that the Lips wireless microphone will work for GH:metallica, and will work for RB2 in the summer, but it wont work for the other games.
so my question is this
Is there a universal microphone that will work with all of these games mentioned above? (or at least most of them) I would love the full name, and the list of the games it’s compatible with.

Nope, there’s no one-for-all microphone.
All the games except Lips use the same type of USB-connected microphone and are fully interchangeable, but Lips needs its own special motion-sensing mics. And as you’ve said, other games are starting to patch in support for the Lips mic (which is nice, because I really like those wireless mics).
