That’s definitely one of the frustrations of wifi. For a few years I constantly ran channel 6 which is what everybody else seems to use. I was too lazy because I thought if I changed the channel I would have to do so on the computer too. This is not the case. And since I changed it, I’ve rarely had a problem. Log into your router and change your channel to 1 or 11. Change it to 1 if your signal is weak. Change it to 11 if you have a good signal.
